Planning Permission Application Submitted

We’re excited to announce that we’ve officially applied for planning permission for the Constantia building. Our proposal, titled “Change of use from restaurant and 2no. residential flats to 8no. residential flats with associated external alterations”, represents an important milestone of our development.

The proposed development includes 4 two-bed flats on the ground floor, as well as 2 two-bed flats and 2 one-bed flats on the first floor. Additionally, the existing outbuilding is set to be transformed into an exclusive, residents-only gym. The car park will hopefully feature two EV charging points and bike storage.
